Our Staff

Directors Zaki Hamzaoui and John Davison and their team of dedicated sports education professionals are trained and experienced in dealing with the unique needs of youths and providing the highest quality instruction possible. The GIYS curriculum emphasizes enjoyment and individual improvement. A full range of winter and summer camps, team clinics, and domestic and international travel make GIYS a program unlike any other.

Coach John Davison

Coach John Davison

Founder and Co-director of Georgetown International Youth Soccer, John has over 20 years of soccer coaching experience. He has his USSF C and B license - NSCAA Advanced National diploma. John played soccer for the University of North Carolina and than moved over to professional coaching. John was the former Varsity soccer coach at St. Alban’s School. He is USSSB and NSCAA Advanced National Licensed. In addition, he is a published author of Little Paul the Soccer Ball, the first in a series of children’s soccer book published by Soccer One.
